This client was looking for a solution that could assist visitors on a trade show stand if staff were busy. We created self-serve kiosks that allowed visitors to learn about the different ways Amadeus could help them. They were able to send themselves brochures on areas of interest and we captured data on these behaviours so the company could see what the visitors had been looking at as well as what they were interested in for follow up after the show.
